Cold waters, strong spirits! Grecian Magnesite Sponsors the 1st Ice Swimming Event in Greece

As steadfast supporters of our local Chalkidiki community, we proudly co-sponsored the Cholomon Ice Swimming Event, the first ice swimming event in Greece, to help the promotion of sports and well-being!

Held on February 15-16, 2025, in the picturesque village of Taxiarhis, Chalkidiki, the event gathered daring swimmers who embraced the challenge of extreme cold-water swimming, showcasing endurance, dedication, and teamwork.

With participants from Greece and abroad, the event not only celebrated the natural beauty of our region but also highlighted the growing popularity of winter sports in the country.
